    I think you nailed it C4! IMHO I dont think theres any doubt this stock is being kept low whilst a takeover bid is being formulated.
    Your right...question is who, and at what price???
    Anyone else care to comment on this possibility...
    No less than the 20c they suggested earlier for my stock!
