    So, the question would have to be what do the shareholders think fair value is to sell out? Personally, why agree to takeover when it's obvious that all the ducks are lining up for a JV and we simply have to give some equity? The customers are there - we have the product they want - close to a way of getting it there - last piece of the puzzle is getting it out of the ground but I would suggest the transport issue was the main hurdle.
