    Denver. Why was it a select offer. All shareholders were offered the same deal.Read the company's ASX website, it's all there. You should have sold when they got to around 80cents if you were not happy. You need to do some research then you would notice WAL's share price was tracking Carabella's. Carabella's shares peaked around May June 2011, so did WAL's
