You may ask why am I sharing the info again....?!

I ask you where are the self proclaiming, chest pumping, self declared mining industry gurus of Legacy that are clearly overpaid, constantly underperforming, continue to be without scrutiny at the expense of Australian investors (last time I checked they are on the ASX), free reining, $$$ wasting, investment misfits?!

They were not happy with the offer presented to them by JMS as Mt Bevan neighbours the above mentioned IPO. Too much to ask for open declaration of intentions via business decency and shareholder respect.

What a shame, what a disgrace and where are the Mt Celia gold exploration results that were commenced over a month ago??!!

2....This new IPO would develop Mount Mason “on a fast track basis”.Here’s the kicker: this hematite deposit runs over the boundary into the Mt Bevan tenure.
“We have about 10 per cent of that [deposit] and 20 per cent of the deposit is common – they cannot mine it without our consent,” Gupta says.
“We have previously spoken with Jupiter but they did not offer us a good deal, so we decided not to do anything [at the time]. Maybe we can talk again.”...

From the above point 2 can the IPO fast track alone or are they truly hampered as Guptas ego seems to suggest?!
