Is it possible AOC might be trying to do Range and the Puntland Gov over by delaying drilling etc? Rumours of AOC and their contractor having a problem with Liban may be to do with his loyalty to Range/Puntland and his attempt to stop all the delays. Put in this context, it might explain why Range and AOC's timeline's are always out of sink. The latest announcement about seismic raises the question as to what the seismic team have been doing for two months? It is also in conflict with previous announcements.
The same can be said about the reason given for the delay to drilling Nogal. Why were Range adamantly saying drilling was still on target for the first quarter 08, when AOC were telling investors a different story? Once again, the reason given for the delay is in conflict with previous statements made by both companies.
