Hi rocky,
Well imo if it comes down to the wire and you have to sell well then you have to sell, however if I were you I would be exploring other possibilities such as a line of credit, a personal loan, borrow against something etc etc - but only you know what your own personal situation is.
The next scheduled Centro announcement may not see a significant spike in the share price, however when we start hearing of streamline business plans, property/Fund sales, partnerships, and possibly equity injections (but I hope not), you will then probably see some spiking occur.
The next 2 milestones are end of September and December and of course we have the EOY results due for CER & CNP on the 28th/29th August.
I am confident longer term, however who knows what other news is going to come into play and what external influences will effect the economy. The court case is one, the selling of assets is another, the santa rally is another, M4 is another, continuation of the credit crunch/sub-prime fallout another ... and the list goes on.
However, the possibility is of course that you sell out at a substantial loss now, come back 35 days later, and find that we are sitting in exactly the same position - so in effect there is no loss. Oh to have that crystal ball!
In whatever decision you make rocky, I wish you the best of luck.
Cheers, Pie :)
