    PBG has been hammered lately. Consensus PE is about 1.7. The company recently confirmed a reduced dividend payment of 6 cps rather than raising new capital. This gives the company a dividend yield of 23% if you include franking credits. While people can delay and reduce buying new clothes it's still a pretty basic thing that people need to have. Is it time to start buying?
