I don't understand why you insist on a t/o beeing impossible soon ! T/o offers usually "can" come in after DFS's ! I agree the missing Pepr and SA Mining rights not received is a big con !! But maybe they started the process on both by now , who knows . But I agree , IF NOT typically for IVR Mngmt !
Im only still here for the DFS and a possible t/o bidding war , since it's obvious that Ivr is not trying to get to 100moz ! In 20 years you either DRILL out a tenement incl satellites or not !
