- reliant on old technology
- lagging the competition regarding implementation of contemporary (and future) fintech
- attracting increasing political (and regulatory) interest into their behaviour and potential staff conflicts of interest
- constantly miss stated timelines/budget
- underperforming share price
- etc...
- etc...
ASX Ltd is exactly the sort of company I try to avoid investing in.
