CONGRATULATIONS to BTC management for maintaining the PDF (Pooled Development Fund) status of BTC over past few years despite similar votes/approval by shareholders to allow management the discretion to terminate the PDF status of BTC at managements discretion.
What a disappointing vote outcome from shareholders regarding the essentially keep or quit the Pooled development fund status.
I can not understand why so few shareholders votes want to see BTC's pooled development status retained.
What has happened to the Australian entrepreneurial spirit to derive tax exempt dividends & tax exempt capital gains ?
Great sign from management to guauge shareholder sentiment & feedback on this matter again, BUT hopefully management's sanity will prevail (as it has the past few years) & BTC's PDF status will be retained, because after BTC exit their Biotech investments, we have a great structure for the generation of some potential tax exempt (essentially tax free) capital gains & tax exempt (tax free) dividends.
