At this stage IMU wants to partner to make sure the drugs hit the market to benefit patients. A company sale won't guarantee that.
BUT: PH did it once, why not doing again. He sold VLA while already having the OV's second generation worked out. Sold the "old" one to develop on the newer one. In IMU's case, sell the current B-cell tech IP and the OVs-second gen while already having the next quality leap for both figured out.
