mpo is good to go I cant see any reason why MPO cant announce Mungi 2, unless they have decided to no-go and invest in better stimulation techniques on the current wells OR until they have a better agreement in place with OCA/Helm

They are well overdue for this announcement which was touted AGAIN to occur "within 3 weeks" on the 1st of October, it should be now just a matter of time.

What is the hold up? Only some firmer communication from the management can address. Given they are all accountants it is most likely so that they can put themselves in a better financial position/partnership when they do go ahead. I cant image they will see another "helm" come along and pay 10m for what was a 1.6m outlay by MPO.

Drilling rigs HAVE been ordered, there are no weather hold ups, they have a lot of money in the bank from the capital raising early this year (or maybe they want to use this to stay alive for the next 3 years until they blip in apr 07)
