lol thedalek, that is one of the most heavily bias charts I've ever seen. Housing growth was very strong over the 1997-2003 period, how convenient that the strongest period of housing growth in the housing bull market has been left out of the chart. Pathetic.

For the record I don't think much of the chart in the original post either as I don't know how the scales have been manipulated to get the result they have.
