I am very bullish on Nick Scali for the long term (5-10 years)
I believe
1. They are up against temporary headwinds
2. They have a proven ability to allocate capital efficiently (the plush acquisition is definitely an unprecedented challenge)
3. CEO is a major shareholder and will inherently do what is best for shareholders - I see taking debt on and avoiding dilution as opposed to raising capital proof of this.
I am optimistic that they are able to get through the next couple of years, open new stores, pay off their debt and come out the other side in great shape,
But I may be wrong.
