Agreed retail is always called out for sudden death. I wouldn't want to call trends right now. Average household size is decreasing, immigration is increasing and record employment. Upwards lift to furniture sales. Offset by increased interest rates, living expenses. Seems difficult to call. All we can say is that NCK has historically navigated choppy waters very well with senior management having huge skin in the game and the name on the business. No reason (yet) to think it wont continue to do well. Not advice.
