What came first the chicken or the egg

If they start up with Low PH Method the U is not clean enough and needs rework
but cheaper to get but more $$$ to clean lose lose !!!
If they start up with Alkaline Method cleaner U but more expensive to get and make
a profit $$$ Stuff that what we will do is buy U cheap and sell later on spot to keep
a float until lose lose is viable ???
Spot controls everything and the rest is stay a float until then.
