I have ridiculously 'overweight' position in PAR and this constantly reminds me of the arguments put forward by Peter Hall in establishing his High Conviction fund and rules around that. I don't know if you guys are familiar with the disagreements which lead to Peter selling up his holdings in Hunter Hall but well worth looking into. Peter's approach was seen as 'appropriate only for private investors'. Put It this way - he didn't get wealthy by diversification and rebalancing his personal 'portfolio' and he wanted the same for his clients.
