    great post DK - the 2nd half was worthy of many TUs.

    A company should never IMO extend an option. They are a contract for a period of time and at a predetermined exercise price. Why not just reduce the exercise price - same principle at work (I know it raises less capital).

    That a company like CCC extended options speaks for itself (pun intended).
