Clearly the only option holders to whom management "owes and obligation to" are those that were severely disadvantaged when they had purchased their options based upon all the facts that were available to them and the market, to then have all of those facts thrown out the window when management issued those very same options as incentives to themselves and carrots to the CR participants, at NO cost. Those casino punters who purchased after that date only have themselves to blame. High risk, high reward punting is fraught and good luck if it pays off, but, stiff luck if it doesn't.
These options were marketable products that were actually in the market and being traded, and to do what management did, was just another example of the lack of managerial experience that they have displayed, apart from their apparent technical expertise. They SHOULD have issued a completely different product than the AKKOAs!! Period!!
SL has alluded to that on numerous occasions, with much derision, but, this management MUST significantly improve those basic managerial, administrative skills, otherwise they will continue to disillusion their loyal shareholders and any prospective shareholder who sees how they operate. It's not all about field work, that has to be backed up with very solid, competent and transparent management from Head Office.
How many well intentioned organizations have failed simply because of poor administration? Technocrats are notoriously bad managers. I have the utmost confidence in the POTENTIAL of this company, but, when we see how they have messed up things like that option issue, the shocking mistakes they make with the wording in most of their announcements, for which they later apologize.
And let's not stop there, this so called "best technical team" stuffed up BIG time with the grossly inadequate capacities of fundamental vital infrastructure of their Pathfinder well head and I just wonder what questions R.C, is asking of his super technos!!!!
