I sent an email to biota a few months ago and received a call from Damien Linsmore that day to discuss the issues I raised.

I was very surprised to receive a personal call and they seem to be very accessible. He discussed a number of issues with me and took the time to address my concerns.

One thing that he mentioned was that there 'might' be some issues with the trial date and GSK trying to delay it. The wording of the announcement surprised me, I am assuming this is all part of the game as I would be very surprised if BTA actually wanted the delay. He also mention LANI results should be sometime between June and September.

After that last announcement, it does look like biota don't care about their long suffering shareholders, if they do actually welcome this delay then someone needs to be sacked! They have had years.

I am hoping that we see a result through mediation and this is all games.

Would rather be in than out, this could move quickly. Just hope it is in the right direction!
