My advice Wild Bill is before you approach LOM with all your concerns and questions is you read and then re-read all of LOM's announcements over the last 12 months once you have done that do it again in case you missed anything and then write down your questions and ask away.

I'm sure management will not object to your questioning providing they are not answering questions which have repeatedly been covered in their announcements as I'm sure they are flat out at the moment and have better things to do.

You will get plenty of support on this forum and your questions will be dealt with with a little more respect if you show you have done at least a little bit of research first.
