    Correct me if I'm mistaken, is all the asset in AIO the port assets from Patricks and 100% of pacific national?

    I think Paul Little done the deal of his life when he demerged TOLL for AIO, and in turn transfered all the debt to AIO.

    I still think AIO is under value at the moment.

    Just my opinion do your own research.
