A class action against Directors would be pointless, they can put up any reason they like to not pay a dividend or a lesser amount.
The smartest thing to do is to vote against the re-election of any or all Directors put up and vote down the Remuneration Report. Even if 25% level isn't reached it will send a message that shareholders aren't entirely happy.
Using the 25% payout maximum, shareholders were swindled out of 1.4c.
25% is a miserable amount anyway and to dud shareholders the 1.4c shows just how much they care about shareholders.
Make any noise about an issue and they just ignore you.
