I would say that Grange management and BOD are highly reputable to both Shagang and the CCP . . . they cannot afford not to be !
In contrast to most companies where management and BODs main priority seems to be in lining their own pockets with multi-million dollar bonuses, incentives and golden redundancy packages.
Kudos to Grange management and the BOD . . . who are doing a great job.
