What can happen if we get a bad deal ?

A shareholder has enquired about a legal case, simular to what happened with mmx,
my reply below

I think before we go down this road,  best to see what happen's with NO vote.
If TODD get's a low offer through,and FMS support's it,well who know'.
There are a lot of upset people out there,
But prepared to give the board a chance to  get a great deal for all .
The ball is in their court, countless constructive idea's, have been given to them.

If the independent valuation is poor and accepted, I think  shareholder's
would have a strong case .
An  injunction can range  from $10 to  $20 k,  
  I hope that common sense prevails, and we Todd, RTA, FMS see the wisdom of a fair deal for all.
Imagine 30 cent's per share, and 50% split for every dollar over $75 , equally shared between us all.
It can work, but individual greed needs to be replaced, with vision into the future.
