So IGS S/H paid out A$5.25 m to Santa Fe Gold Corp with an outstanding con note for A$4m !

Per IGS quarterly ending 31 December 2013 it has A$300k left and was to realise the S/H funds back by way of agreement per Santa Fe new merger agreement.

Santa Fe ann "merger is off" ! and all thoughts are per discussion site is that this company will file for bankruptcy !

What a great deal TS did for IGS S/H and then run whilst currently being a Director of Latin Gold for IGS.

A$300k left in the bank and the companies only "real asset" is through Latin Gold and its Brazil gold project.

I see a CR on the horizon and the desperate need for IGS to find another project in Brazil.

How's the heap leach feasibility going ? almost 3 months and this should have been completed by now !! oops poor mgt so maybe not ??
