    It seems everyone is discounting the impact of BNB...remember they put this baby together with the backdoor of RSL and still have common directors.

    I would not be surprised to see them involved in some type of transaction.

    Plus Directors own a lot of shares and I could see them flushing these down the toilet given that they were fetching $2.50 this time last year !
