Please note I have not entered into the useless answering of some posters which are really only posting as a space filling, time wasting exercise rather than an information sharing experience.
I do think your estimate of costs for Stage 1 versus Stage 2 are a bit out.
Stage 1 was expected to cost about $30 million while Stage 2 is expected to cost between $75 and $100 million.
I agree with you that Stage 2 is the way to go.
I note that Deidre has stopped rising to the bait and now ignores certain posters also.
