Er, no, the author has not done his homework. The last sale prior to listing in the same money was 30.29 cents. In the same money now the last sale was at 20 cents.
Or, in the old money, the last sale prior to listing was 5.3 cents, it is now 3.5 cents. Either way = a 34% drop.
Given that it hit 62 cents at one point (17/3/14) on bitcoin euphoria, this performance is pathetic for a company actually making profits. The mistake made by the author just shows the weak analysis done by some. This whole story is just appalling. I still think bitcoin and associated companies will do very well, but whether DCC is one of them remains to be seen. It has squandered the brilliant opportunity it had. Every day brings the next bitcoin company closer. DCC had front runner opportunity but threw it away. Potential millions just cast to the wind.
