In the same boat as you guys. Bleeding. What can possibly stop the downtrend. Cap raise is imminent, probably sub 8 cents, pushing the sp down to 7 cents. 
My strategy would be, spend the minimum required at alligator. Dig out Mulga Rock now, stockpile everything. Labour and oil are relatively cheap, plus our directors will actually have to do something for what they are paid for. 

I'm ok with a long term plan but that being the case, we don't need directors on standby.
