    Hi guys,

Its always a bit of a guess how much profit a Nickel producer is going to make as it obviously depends not only on the price of Ni alone.

WSA is ahead of its own schedule with the ramp up of production at Flying Fox as well as on the exploration front with the high grade low dept Spotted Quoll resource.

Also the continues drlling at flying fox keeps increasing that resource.

We can have a look at Patterson report on the website to give us an indication of what we can expect although the report is now more then a year old.

But this is where the fun starts as Pattersons used lower Ni prices as we have today and a much lower production scenario as we have today.

So change the numbers (all upwards) and get a good look at the new results as they look extremely good.

And keep in mind that we have now a very different scenario with the increases of indicated and proven resources and ofcourse the beautifull spotted quoll which was not included in Pattersons report.

    report.http://www.westernareas.com.au/investor/0702_16_Patersons_Research.pdf

And I want to say that I do believe that as long as the Nickel price stays around the US$13 that WSA will carry a share price of at least $10.

    Good luck to all

    jojo
