Very well put robrob, there are statements being made here about the directors selling us out and making money out of this transaction in some way,when the fact is they are major shareholders. I would like to know where they are getting this mystery windfall from ?
They will be getting termination payments but nothing like the amount they would get if they could get that $3+ a share price that has been talked about BOW being worth.

Lets look at facts, 4 directors have 27 million shares, if they were selling us out at half our worth they are costing themselves $40million. Do people think shell will just hand over a brown paper bag with $40 million in it?

And the idea a job with shell/arrow is worth that? Mmmmm
