What can we do?

Like many other people on this website I was naive enough to buy shares in this company before they were suspended and am currently sitting on a big loss and just to make matters worse as the company is suspended cannot even sell my shares. The company keeps stalling and won't even answer any questions posed to it. Clearly there are things going on behind closed doors that we are unaware of.
Has anyone got any ideas how perhaps current shareholders can get there money back or do we have to just wait until the company decides it's time to fully disclose it's true financial situation?
Presumably if and when the shares start trading again the shares are going to be smashed again and could be next to worthless.
Suppose the company goes into liquidation? Then what can shareholders expect to get back?
Can the company be sued for not disclosing it's true financial situation to shareholders?
Is there anyone out there with a legal background who might know what I and other shareholders can do about this?
