I thinks its too early to raise the issue of them failing to land a 100m+ contract.

In the chairs address at the agm he provided a time guidance of securing a large contract as over the next 1-2 years. There isn't a large number of contracts in that size scale so presumably they are targeting certain business open for renewal over the medium term.

The key point is they have put in place building blocks allowing them to be a credible contender for contracts of that scale.
