Yes, I noticed that too. I believe that is most likely the case...that he too, consequently has been temp. suspended also.
As for your questions; "what are the ECT employees getting paid to do on a day to day basis?"
- IMO, simply put, trying to progress all those aspirations along as quick as it is possible for them to do so.
