Of course I did!

...but the constitutions of all ASX listed Co's stipulates that all shareholders have the right to lodge proxy votes and have the means to do same (at the very least) by "snail mail".

Ever heard of "postal votes" M20?

Now, ECT management would know this and in allowing "shareholders to digest, etc." would have issued (at the very latest) the "big" ann Friday to enable SH's to digest the info and in due course lodge their proxy's by mail so as not to miss out.
