All this chatter about "other parties" and the big deal still yet to come before AGM is a moot point and just further desperation from the BOBs.

The "other parties" news was the Arup deal - hence the TH Ann.

That's it.

Why?

Well it is pretty simple if you just read the Ann's, such as:

1) The business of the AGM will remain the same. That is, the resolutions to be voted on have not changed.

2) Original Proxy votes already cast will remain valid unless withdrawn. If this big news was to come, ECT management would have made current proxy votes invalid and adjusted resolutions accordingly.

3) Now proxy votes need to be received by 11am Tues. There is no time for an Ann now to allow proxy voters time to digest, cast vote and post.

So, wish all you want and speculate all you like about the pot of gold at the end of yet another ESI Ann rainbow, but the resolutions had never changed from the first AGM delay Ann.

Sorry, but expect disappointment as suggested by SP.

Sometimes I feel like the Grinch that stole Xmas around here the way some of these wishful thinking posts are written.
