oh yeah ASCI definitely two edged sword. I was on LNG (independent of ASCI) and copped it in both directions. Just make sure you're in it for the long term or be on the right side of the trade.
Have to say though that most ASCI sell/downgrades are at a time when technically its not a bad time to take profits anyway so if you're trading you would likely have considered exiting your position anyway
