if i wasnt already in so big I would probably pick up 5M shares at 1.7c just as a punt on this happening, then maybe sell of 2 thirds at 2.1c or higher.
Jerry made a comment that some parties will benifit from a low SPP takeup as they can increase their holdings cheaply. this is an interesting point, particularly after the PFC SPP was so heavily oversubscribed.
