OZL's dividend policy is something like-

"We will return 30% - 60% of profits that are not needed to the shareholders in the way of dividends".

So if we are going to need big dollars for the spend on Carrapateena (see its not that hard to spell) how much are they going to put aside for that reason each year that will in turn lessen the dividend.

With no good news on the exploration and aquisition front i think a 40c dividend will do something to put a smile on shareholders faces.
