Hi Ville, With the current market turmoil, I wouldn't be surprised to see the board put aside some cash for "opportunistic acquisitions" or JV's.
What happens if the copper price tanks to GFC levels again ($1.30). A lot of good copper companies (including OZL) will probably fall by 70%. Doing a t/o, for instance, of SFR at $3 per share (including t/o premium) at the depth of the downturn and using cash for it would be a brilliant play. We would have the cash to buy, the cash to bring it to production and the P Hill cash flow to tide us over. Also, we would not be diluting OZL script.
Running a lazy balance sheet may be more beneficial for shareholders.
Just my thoughts on this on a lazy Sat afternoon.
