One pleasant surprise in 2011 that appears to have gone almost unnoticed is MCO's success at its Rose of Denmark property which is but a short trucking distance from its Woods Point mill.
Admittedly it's just chipping samples so far, but i don't think any of the MCO's mining people expected such spectacular grades from ROD so near to surface.
In Victoria grades are all.
