First response immediately after the explosion when gasses were rendered 'inert'.
Filling it again with oxygen seems to have 're-charged' the atmosphere, would this be the case?

was that the best opportunity lost?
If that is the case isn't it common knowledge in the industry?
Also are police commonly in charge of mine rescue or do industry rescue teams take charge?
Talk about a rock and a hard place, still hold hope for at least some if not all.
