I've set up my own Self regulated Super Fund, and yes you can trade under your DIY Fund name , but you cannot trade daily. Speaking to the Taxation office and the accountant, its a bit muffled in this by what exactly is a time frame for a trade by both, so they prefer the trade to be longer term like a month, definately no short term trades allowed. Thats the interpretation given to me. THis info I received 3 yrs ago. Always seek professional advise, its always changing out their the rules.
