after some further thought, bringing motions for certain key members of management to be asked to leave the company, shouldn't need the calling of a special meeting at the request of shareholders -- instead, (and it needs to be checked) if the company proposes to call a meeting soon for passing the GEM deal, then special motions brought by Owners/Shareholders could be introduced into that meeting, so killing two birds with one stone, so to say
thoughts anyone?
good luck
