Well they look to be doing a good job with the Canadian authorities. Im backing this management, I sincerely hope the rest of you do too. LET them get the job done.

If you all propose an overhaul, you need to have the replacements in place before it is done. I would hate to have the company sitting around with no leadership for weeks or months before positions are filled.
