your story is more than a little unfortunate given the time of your support, and your loss has more than a little to do with the stream of rhetoric that has for years now flowed from the mouths of MST management - a management that has enjoyed a comfortable standard of living from your float dollars.

i suspect your loss of faith, trust and confidence in the management of MST is not only confined to you

should this management team fail once again to delivery on it's stated timelines, then I believe as a clear show of no confidence, an extraordinary general meeting should be sought to be convened by the necessary number of shareholders, where motions supported by the requisite number of shareholders should be tabled for the removal of a few key management figures who have enjoyed the fat of the lamb, yet delivered so very little in results, let alone returns to the Owners of this company

in the absence of highly cogent reasons for the continued failures of MST to produce 'company making' sales contracts, then clearly a better team better positioned to close arms deals needs to be found and installed

the era of secret contracts with their implied great leaps in development are over - particularly while high salaries and options continue to flow to only a few, while long term Owners are forced to the wall - this company is not majority owned by management or even close to it, though one could be forgiven for thinking that it is being run as though it were

if any cultural and business change is to occur within MST, then We the share holding Owners must utilise the Corporations Law provisions that enable Us to bring about that necessary change - and I suspect that there are more than a few institutional Holders/Owners that would be happy to support the extraordinary steps that appear to be needed to get this company functioning as a serious competitor in the international arms market

i invite comments on the above

    good luck
