    They may be capping the price so that overseas investors can buy in Big at that cap price before the Big Run...

    I have seen this technique used in some Stock after they done presentations to allow Instro buying at low then let ths SP run like crazy when they are close to the news...

    Their target will be 0.40 - 0.42...

    Just wait for the next 4 days.. all will be revealed.
