I have held a few different U stocks for a few years now and I think the major difference between this bull run and the 2006-7 bull run would be the fact that everyone knows it is coming and is ready for it. I have had concerns lately that generally ASX shares won't get the opportunity to run up as much as they could because of day trading. You don't have to be an expert to see that after a few big green days the SP drops as the short term traders take their profits. It is definitely tempting to day trade but I don't want to get caught on the sidelines!
