what caused the price drop?, page-16

I am keen to see figures in March...about the same time as last year which will reflect the first three months after a full year of trading behind the wall.

I don't need the financials but would appreciate management to give figures on clients, average client value and a comparison for last year to this year. I am excited about the profit as a first baby step but keep to see retention rates with growth. For all we know the 30-60k clients Mr Thorpe talks of May be a fictional goal.

On the other hand, if he comes back with 14-16k clients on the books then glass door will be a thing of the past and the glass ceiling under pressure of breaking from out take off.
